Computer Maintainance: Easy ways to clean up the computer

If your computer is slow or the speed which you are expecting is not coming then you are in the right place. So lets get started

Now what you have to do is perform these five steps to increase the speed of the computer or laptop whichever you have.

So here we go:-

Think of it as your regular home cleaning. This means you get rid of those things which are not required. So the first step is to remove the unwanted software from the computer which is of no use or you don’t use them anymore. Open run box type appwiz.cpl and hit okay the next thing you will see the list of all programs and you can select one by one which you don’t need and remove them by clicking uninstall as it will appear when you will select the file to remove. But make sure that you create a restore point first. I will write in my next blog why the restore point is very important before the cleaning of the computer.

As any PC ages, Data will fill up in the hard drive and automatically it will get full at some time. And thus in terms slow down the performance of the computers. And when the hard drive is full windows won’t have any space to run the programs properly. You should have some gigabytes free space on your computer so that it can work smoothly. And remove junk will help the computer to work faster also. And for that you can use Windows built-in program to create more space they do so by emptying the recycle bin and removing temporary files and other files no longer needed in windows 10 or windows 7 or windows 8 or windows 8.1. You simply open RUN box and type CLEANMGR  and hit enter you will find the size of the junk and select which you want to remove and simply hit enter and hit ok to delete. Confirm it and you will see it is deleting of that junk so easily.

Steps are here:-

Windows + R = RUN

Once you are done with cleanmgr and unwanted applications are removed then the next step is to defrag means compact the rest of the data so that you can make more storage.  So that your PC can access data in an efficient manner as possible. By defragmenting or compacting that information the working framework expels the holes between parcels of information, drawing everything nearer to the center of the plate. This thus makes each entrance of the hard drive faster, just barely. It ought to improve the speed of your PC or workstation, regardless of whether it does as such by just an intangible sum.

Don’t defrag if your PC has SSD. Defragmenting an SSD doesn’t bode well as the innovation means technology is totally unique, so don’t do it!

In Windows 8 and Windows 10 defragmentation is programmed and your PC will get itself straightened out each week on account of the planned errand: Improve Drives. So on the off chance that you haven’t changed any settings, you shouldn’t have to defrag. In any case, on the off chance that you aren’t sure and you need to check the status of-or physically defrag your drive open Pursuit and type in ‘Defragment’. One of the outcomes will be ‘Defragment and streamline your drives’.  You’ll see a dialog featuring a list of the hard drives in your PC or laptop, their media type when they were last defragged, and how fragmented they are. You really need to defrag only if the drive is more than  10 percent fragmented. On the off chance that any of your drives is divided by 10 percent or more, feature it and hit Streamline. Affirm your decision.

Get rid of the programs is not going to help a lot to increase the speed of the computer if the programs are running behind so the next step is to make sure that the programs which we have in our computer are not running and consuming the battery and data of the computer and slowing the computer. These are the steps to make sure that programs won’t run behind if not required.

Follow and disable them that will also increase the speed of the computer

Select the start button or click on the windows logo on the left corner of the screen, then select Settings  > Apps > Startup. Make sure any application you want to run at startup is turned Enable. Open Startup settings. If you don’t see the Startup option in Settings, right-click the Start window button, select Task Manager, then select the Startup tab. (If you do not see the Startup tab, then select More details.) Select the app you want to change, then select Enable to run it at startup or Disable so it will not run in future to slow down your computer.

More antivirus does not mean more security. That thing of being more antivirus actually slows down your computer. The reason is here why because of its life one husband and two wives. I think you can understand both want more attention and what happens, end up with fights. So only one good anti-virus will do the same work but your PC will be faster.
